Buffalo Can't Afford Another WR Injury
Woods has an injury history, as he has missed four games in four NFL seasons and underwent offseason groin surgery, although he recovered in time to participate in OTAs and prepare for a fresh campaign.
With the Bills' No. 1 receiver, Sammy Watkins, on injured reserve, Woods has become quarterback Tyrod Taylor's top target outside, and he is producing to the tune of 25 receptions for 240 yards and one touchdown.
In 14 appearances during the 2015 season, Woods suffered a bit of statistical regression. A year after hauling in a career-best 65 passes for 699 yards and five touchdowns, the speedster managed 47 catches for 552 yards and three scores.
