What Boston Celtics guard Marcus Smart did in Game 3 of his team's first-round playoff series against the Atlanta Hawks defies explanation. The egregiousness is laughable and horrifying at the same time...but mostly laughable.
The NBA took notice and announced it had fined Smart $5,000 for the offense.
