Green Active vs. Spurs

Tuesday, Nov. 29

The Magic announced Green was available to play on Tuesday against San Antonio.

Green is Key Piece to Orlando's Rotation

As Robbins also noted, Green has been dealing with this issue for the last few games. It didn't stop him from playing 25 minutes against the Washington Wizards, but he will reportedly use this opportunity to rest and recover.

Green has scored in double figures every season of his career, including 2015-16, when he averaged 11.7 points per night as part of the Memphis Grizzlies and Los Angeles Clippers. Thus far, he's followed that up with 7.6 points and 3.3 rebounds per game this season for Orlando.

Green showed how dangerous a player he can be on the offensive side when he averaged 17.6 points a night in 2014-15 in 33 games for the Boston Celtics. While he is not seen in the same go-to-scorer role on this Magic squad, he still gives them someone who can attack the basket off the bounce from the wing or stretch the defense with his ability to connect from deep.
