Former Liverpool Goalkeeper Pegguy Arphexad Denies He Is a Porn Star
Here's one long-term rumour it looks like we can now put to bed.
For years, there were whispers that former Liverpool and Leicester City goalkeeper Pegguy Arphexad had started working in porn following the end of his football career.
The Guadeloupe-born stopper made four appearances for the Reds and 21 for Leicester during his time in England, managing to win an impressive six trophies as part of the squad at Anfield.

Arphexad was then rumoured to have worked in porn following a failed career in acting, but he dismissed the stories in an interview with the Leicester Mercury (via the Liverpool Echo) on Monday:
"Look, this is a bad rumour. It's been going round a long time. One English guy wrote on the internet years and years ago that I was doing this and now people say to me: 'Hey, are you making porn films?' I haven't made ANY porn films, okay. I don't do that. I work for a sports insurance company. That's what I do. Put it in your paper – I don't do porn films, just insurance, okay?
"
Sounds like he didn't enjoy the rumours.
