No. 1 MBB Prospect Picks Kansas 💥

UNC Lands International Big
Players to Watch
As you can see from the tweet from Sports Illustrated's Brian Hamilton, three of college basketball's first-team All-Americans will be performing in this year's Final Four. That's no coincidence. It begins with Duke's beastly big man.
Jahlil Okafor
As offensive post players go, it's been a long while since we've seen one as skilled as Jahlil Okafor. He has excellent footwork, good touch around the basket and can finish with either hand.
Okafor isn't just in a battle for the national championship in Indy; he's also trying to hold off Kentucky's Karl-Anthony Towns in the race to be the top pick in the 2015 NBA draft.
Okafor was seemingly the man all season, but KAT has gained ground and surpassed him in the eyes of some. How Okafor performs in what will likely be his final college games could help to shift or sustain his stock.
Denzel Valentine

As usual, the Spartans are greater than the sum of their parts, but Denzel Valentine is perhaps the most explosive scorer at head coach Tom Izzo's disposal.
Valentine averages 14.3 points per contest, but he's raised him game a bit since the Sweet 16. He's scoring 16.5 points in the last two games and is one the Blue Devils will have to be aware of on the perimeter.
In a game where defense will be a big factor, clutch shooting from beyond the arc could also be a big key. Valentine is among the Spartans' most dangerous outside threats. On the season, he's a 41 percent three-point shooter and has made 10 threes in the tournament thus far.
Karl-Anthony Towns

If the nickname Big Smooth weren't already taken, KAT could stake claim to it. The 6'11" freshman displays an ability to operate with his back to the basket, finish over both shoulders, deliver nice passes from the high post and does it all gracefully for a player his size.
Kentucky's depth has kept him from putting up gaudy statistics, but there's no denying his enormous talent. If Kentucky remains undefeated and runs the table to a national championship, KAT's stock will soar higher than it already has. He'll undoubtedly be the top pick in the draft and the next coveted big man to emerge from Kentucky.
Frank Kaminsky

While he may not be the most athletic NBA prospect, Kaminsky is skilled and crafty. He can knock down the three-point shot, and the 7-footer has a variety of finishes around the basket that somewhat make up for his lack of explosiveness.
Kaminsky leads his Badgers back to the Final Four for the second straight season.
He probably could have declared for the draft after last season, but there was unfinished business left in the college ranks. He also seemed to improve his stock this season, and this current crop of prospects isn't as strong as last year's class.
Kaminsky would love to finish up his career at Wisconsin with a national championship. If the Badgers can pull the upset over Kentucky, they would have to be the favorites in the title game, regardless of their opponent.
