Cristiano Ronaldo finally has an award that even Lionel Messi has never won.
The Real Madrid star was named BBC Overseas Sports Personality of the Year on Sunday night, becoming just the fourth footballer to ever win the award.

The other three football winners were Eusebio (1966), Pele (1970) and the Brazilian Ronaldo (2002).
He beat tennis star Serena Williams, boxer Floyd Mayweather and MotoGP rider Marc Marquez for the award.
Ronaldo was presented with the award by Real Madrid team-mate Gareth Bale.
Bale himself was nominated for the domestic version of the award, which was won by Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton.
