Chiefs Players Pay Tribute to Teammate Eric Berry by Wearing Shirts Before Game
Eric Berry may not be on the field with his Kansas City Chiefs teammates on Sunday night against the Denver Broncos, but he will be there in spirit.
On Monday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that Berry would miss the rest of the season after being placed on the non-football illness list. Terez A. Paylor of The Kansas City Star later reported that the move was made because a mass had been found in Berry's chest.
Sunday's game against the Broncos marks Kansas City's first contest since the news broke. During warm-ups, several Chiefs players were spotted wearing shirts honoring their teammate.
