Cristiano Ronaldo Happy Manchester United Fans Flew Banner but Content at Real
Cristiano Ronaldo has said he was "glad" Manchester United fans flew a banner overhead at one of his recent games, asking him to return to Old Trafford, but he also confirmed he has no intention of leaving Real Madrid.
A supporters group called "United Reel" paid for the banner to fly over Villarreal's El Madrigal Stadium last weekend as Ronaldo was helping Real to enjoy a 2-0 victory.

Now, Ronaldo has admitted that he saw the banner, but he said that United fans should not get their hopes up that he will be returning to the club anytime soon.
Ronaldo told Italian paper La Gazzetta dello Sport, in quotes translated by Anthony Hay of the Mail Online: "I always said that I have a family at Manchester but I'm good in Madrid. I'm glad of the affection that United fans have for me, it means that I have left good memories."
Ronaldo joined Real Madrid from United in 2009 for a then-world-record fee of £80 million.
During a six-season spell at Old Trafford, Ronaldo scored 118 goals in 292 games and helped the club win three Premier League titles, one FA Cup, two League Cups and one Champions League title.
