Massive Marvel Eric Spoto Breaks World Record with 722-Pound Bench Press

Ah, so it seems you do indeed lift, bro. 

Eric Spoto is just a man with a true affinity for lifting things. It just so happens he is good at it. Actually, he is the best after lifting a world-record 722 pounds recently.

I am not an expert when it comes to lifting heavy objects. Hell, I have limited experience in lifting light objects. 

Still, I sit in awe of Spoto, putting down my hamburger just to give him proper applause from this side of the Internet. 

Because I know you can't get enough of this mountain of a man lifting ridiculous weight, here he is lifting 700 pounds like you lift doughnuts for breakfast, fatty. 

As is noted in the YouTube description and various comments, this was from a training session, so Spoto was allowed the various aids of sleeves and other gear not normally allowed in record-breaking attempts. 

Still, you try to lift 700 pounds and come away without exploding all over the place in a fury of muscles that just quit on you. 

To put this into perspective, Spoto here could bench press about two gorillas or one extremely large lion. Well, if he could do so without being maimed in the process, of course. 

This drastically overshadows my own personal accomplishment of 30 minutes on the elliptical. Sometimes you just have to tip your cap to someone far better at the gym game.
