There is no surprise Tiger Woods was in good spirits following his win at the Cadillac Championship last weekend. The intriguing part of the post-victory celebration came when he took off in his yacht with famed skier Lindsey Vonn.
Indeed, it seems Woods has moved on from the mess that tore his private life apart in 2009. In a not-so-fitting turn, he is moving on with his life in a yacht named Privacy.
The Daily Mail reports both Woods and Vonn arrived at the massive yacht in separate carts and then departed together.
The famous athletes sailed the Florida seas on Tiger's massive yacht named Privacy, after a full week of nesting on his ocean vessel while the sportsman played the Cadillac Championship Golf Tournament.
But it was only a couple years ago that he and his ex-wife Elin Nordegren docked in the same Marina spot tucked away in the same corner for the annual event.
Whether this was the departure of two people romantically involved is still open to some conjecture, but not much.
NESN catches us up on a peculiar relationship that may be unveiled shortly as an official romance.
When Vonn was injured back in February, Woods sent his private jet to Austria to pick her up—shame on the few of you who pout over picking up someone from the airport.
Later that month, there were reports that Vonn was giving skiing lessons to Woods' children.
Now we have the two meeting on the good ship Privacy after a big win for the legendary golfer. Having "rumors" near the word "dating" seems to be a little silly at the moment.
These two are either the closest platonic besties in the history of celebrity relationships or they are very much romantically involved.
So things are working out pretty well for these two athletes, but what about Elin Nordegren? Glad you asked.
The latest scuttlebutt is Nordegren is dating a billionaire coal magnate, via NY Post's Page Six.
Tiger Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, is quietly dating her older Florida neighbor, billionaire coal magnate Chris Cline, sources exclusively tell us. Nordegren, 33, the Swedish former model, and Cline, 53, both have mansions in the exclusive North Palm Beach oceanfront community of Seminole Landing, where Nordegren had her home bulldozed and rebuilt after splitting with Woods.
Cline is said to be worth $1.2 billion and reportedly has a yacht named Mine Games, making me rather jealous I don't have billions nor a fancy yacht deserving of even fancier puns.
As for Woods, the The Daily Mail report does make an interesting point that things seem to be working out favorably for the smitten kitten that is Tiger.
Since the pair began dating late last year his ranking jumped from a career low to being in the top two in the sport.
As strange as it seems, Woods was at a career-low 58 in world rankings back in November of 2011 but now sits comfortably at No. 2 after his win at the Cadillac.
We have been in this same spot before, speculating whether this is the actual return of the classic Tiger. This time, however, things seem to be going very well in his private life as well.
If this means far more excitement at every major tournament this year, I am all for Woods getting back in the saddle, er, yacht.
