The Assassination Attempt: The Savior Is Done Playing Games

Today and yesterday, I saw a good bit of articles that had to do with me, Joe Burgett. Am I mad about them? No. In fact, some of them were funny. I personally liked the RNN episode and the Manifesto articles.

RNN had the debut of Hulk Burgett and others. And I had to love the Manifesto in which my on-line show was shown about three or four times in the article. Similar to what Chris Jericho did in his return a while, it had my message come on to sort of interrupt the show AkD was doing.

I liked the idea of it myself, pretty cool to me. Plus it was promotion for the show, so why hate it, right?

I also saw Kumar's latest where he called out B/R on some of his pressing issues. It had to do with rankings and of course a couple of writers. He mentioned something which caught my attention.

He said he had liked my previous work, but was not a fan what so ever of some of my latest material. First, I did one on RNN's Joe Farrell, it was apparently hated by many and sent to Zander.

He e-mailed me and told me it was offensive and it was deleted. Then I did one on sort of a B/R soap opera, it was commented on in the first few minutes of its existence. It was hated on, and then I deleted it because I personally wasn't happy with it, too.

For a while, the group I made popular known as the Assassins have been the butt of many jokes here. Of course, you can make fun of the group all you want, but you must know they have been successful here.

All Assassin articles, which are not only the ones that have Assassin in the name, have gotten featured and average about 200-300 reads. Not to mention the comments they receive, too.

But you only focus on the fact that it is around, not the fact it is successful here. We all know why I made the group, to help save the B/R wrestling section.

It was quickly made fun of, but as you have seen, it is in need. I wanted the younger guys in the group to get attention true, but I wanted them to be better here than others.

Not saying I want them to be better writers, which would be good. But to be better people on here. I wanted them to share their opinion, but do it the right way.

See, we have seen some very bad people come through here. Take a look at "The Professor" or Cerebral for examples. People who would just make fun of others, whether it was on their profiles or articles.

I wanted others who were new here to know there is a better and easier way a splash on B/R. You don't have to call out the top guys here and you don't have to make fun of anyone either.

Sure the RNN and Manifesto articles are funny, I mean that is true. I'm sure you agree, of course. But sometimes a straight wrestling article is OK, too. Which is what I wanted to share with the younger guys, too.

There is a lot I share with them, tips and what not to get to the top. I help others too if they have questions. Yet people think I condemn younger guys here.

It is quite opposite; in fact, people have said it. But others still only see the bad in me. Guys like TJ Duncan, whom I still have no clue as to why he hates me.

In fact, the dude hates me so much they he invited just about every person in the wrestling section to do a CvC on who was the best Superstar in wrestling history or something like that.
