WWE News: Zack Ryder Vents His Frustration on Twitter
Hot on the heels of JTG's shocking Twitter rant against WWE last night, it looks like another lower mid-carder is also using the social media network to vent his frustrations to the masses.
As sites like 411Mania.com have noted on their Twitter accounts, Ryder has voiced his unhappiness with the current direction of his career. The star notes that, despite the massive popularity of his Tout page, he is still unable to get on Raw and has instead been relegated to the little-watched Superstars (per the results, Ryder lost to equally-floundering Tensai at the taping):
I'm pretty sure I'm the 2nd most followed person on @Tout. In other news, I was in the 2nd match taped for @WWE Superstars this week. #huh?— Zack Ryder (@ZackRyder) August 7, 2012
Interestingly, this isn't the first time the former United States Champion has complained. Back in April, he grumbled that the company had removed two minutes of footage from an episode of his popular YouTube show Z! True Long Island Story.
The reason for the alleged censorship was never revealed, although one likely scenario is that Ryder, who regularly takes shots at the rigid WWE system on his show, may have went too far with his criticism on this occasion.
It's difficult to know what the Long Island native is thinking with these most recent comments.
Sure, similar to JTG, he could be called foolish for placing his job with America's biggest wrestling promotion in jeopardy. However, considering the dire state of his career, Ryder possibly feels he has nothing to lose at this point.
After all, what can WWE do to him that is worse than what they've already done?
