Boston at Atlanta

When: Tuesday, May 1, at 7:30 p.m. ET on Fox Sports South; NBA TV

Odds: Hawks (-4) according to Covers.com

Comments: With Rajon Rondo suspended for this game (according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution), Atlanta has the advantage. Taking a 2-0 lead would give the Hawks superb confidence moving forward that they will need when they head up to Boston.

Prediction: Hawks 90, Celtics 82

Philadelphia at Chicago

When: Tuesday, May 1, at 8 p.m. ET on Comcast Sports Chicago; TNT

Odds: Bulls (-6.5) according to Covers.com

Comments: With Derrick Rose done for the postseason, the pressure is on the Bulls to prove they're more than just one star player. They have the talent to get the job done against the 76ers, especially at home, but don't count out Philadelphia just yet.

Prediction: Bulls 93, 76ers 89

Denver at LA Lakers

When: Tuesday, May 1, at 10:30 p.m. ET on FOX West; TNT

Odds: Lakers (-5) according to Covers.com

Comments: The Lakers are the better team here, and they shouldn't have much trouble wrapping this series up in the next couple games. Of course, they've been known to choke before, so the Nuggets still have a chance.

Prediction: Lakers 101, Nuggets 94

Utah at San Antonio
