Brock Lesnar Continues to Prove He's WWE's Definitive Heel
Sure, Brock Lesnar didn't win his match at Extreme Rules against John Cena.
But he did, for lack of a less cliched phrase, bring the pain. He did prove how badass and intimidating he is, throwing elbows that opened up a cut on Cena's head.
When Lesnar steps into the ring, you can't help but feel a sense of fear given how physically imposing he is.

And come on, would you really be surprised if he knocked Cena out of commission for good tonight, selling the Cena injury storyline? Wouldn't that be just perfect?
I love Lesnar as a heel. I want a heel I simultaneously loathe and fear, and Lesnar fits that description perfectly.
I love that the WWE gave Cena the win but Lesnar got to inflict serious punishment. Personally, I would have rather seen Lesnar win, but I enjoyed watching him dominate most of the match.
Hell, I even love Lesnar's absurd demands (via WWE.com):
"Whether Laurinaitis will acquiesce to Lesnar’s demands remains to be seen. It is unclear whether Laurinaitis even has the authority to grant the former three-time WWE Champion with a pay raise or exclusive use of WWE Chairman Mr. McMahon’s private jet–not to mention Lesnar’s unprecedented requirement that WWE’s marquee show should now be referred to as “Monday Night Raw, Starring Brock Lesnar.” Even if he does, can Laurinaitis come through on those terms before the WWE Universe descends upon Dayton, Ohio tonight?
"
A good heel should always put him or herself first, with a healthy ego to boot. A good heel should be easy to hate.
And a good heel should be able to believably dominate. Is there another performer that can believably dominate quite like Brock Lesnar can?
I don't think so.
Lesnar is King of the Heels, a dubious distinction unless you admire the heel craft as I do. Then, Lesnar is simply brilliant at doing his job.
