Linsanity has swept the Big Apple over the course of the past four days and while New York Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin is off to a great start and has been somewhat of a savior for the Knicks offense at this point, it's unlikely that he will keep performing at this level.

Lin has been that good over his two starts that it would be nuts to think he can continue to play at this level.

He's still going to be a viable option for Knicks head coach Mike D'Antoni, but here's a look at seven reasons why we shouldn't be putting Lin in the Hall of Fame just yet.

Scouting Report Is Out

Lin has had success, but the book hasn't been out on him yet.

Soon, teams are going to force him to beat him with the jump shot and begin trapping him more.

You saw Utah adjust a little bit in the second half of Monday's game and he turned the ball over eight times in the final two quarters after having none in the first half.

That's a little cause for concern.

Turnovers

Speaking of turnovers, that brings us to our next point.

The Knicks are the worst team in the NBA at turning the ball over and Lin's eight second-half turnovers quickly helped to erase a big halftime lead against the Jazz.

A win is a win, though, so that can be forgiven, but teams will try and pressure him into mistakes in the future. He's got to do a better job of valuing the basketball.

He's done that so far except for the final two quarters against Utah, but it's something to keep an eye on.

No Amar'e/ No Melo

Right now without Carmelo Anthony and Amar'e Stoudemire in the lineup, everything plays into Lin's hands as the Knicks are able to spread the floor and give Lin passing options.

Steve Novak won't always be on the floor to knock down jumpers unfortunately.

When the two superstars return to action, expect the offense to slow down again at times, which takes away from Lin's strengths.

His numbers will also likely decrease across the board when Anthony and Stoudemire are healthy.

Baron Davis

Eventually you have to think Baron Davis will eventually be ready to make his Knicks debut.

When he does, you have to think D'Antoni will throw him in with the first unit, which will dramatically decrease Lin's minutes.

Opponents Will Get Better

Lin has had success against both New Jersey and Utah, but the competition is going to get tougher.

Both the Nets and Jazz have issues defending the pick and roll and Lin has proven to be masterful at running it.

He will be seeing some better pick and roll defensive teams in the future and they are going to game-plan to keep him from penetrating and try to force him to beat them with his jump shot.

Perimeter Shot

The three-point shot is not a strength of Lin's, as he's only knocked down 1-of-8 attempts on the season, but as teams adjust to his game, he's going to find himself with more open looks from behind the arc.

He's going to have to start knocking that shot down on a consistent basis.

Numbers

Through a pair of starts, Lin's numbers are insane. It would be a miracle if he could maintain his current pace, so expect there to be a natural dip in production.

Here's a breakdown of his two starts so far.

26.5 PPG

7.5 APG

3.5 RPG

.555 field goal percentage

2.0 SPG

Those are All-Star like numbers, so it will be very interesting to see exactly what type of production Lin is capable of once the Knicks get completely healthy and opposing defenses adjust to Lin.

I'm sure the numbers won't be MVP like, but Lin will still be fun to watch and can be productive in helping the Knicks get back into the playoff race.
