If you had the unpleasant experience of watching the Memphis Grizzlies play last night against the Clippers, I feel sorry for you.

It's not a knock on the basketball that was played, or the teams that were playing. It was what the poor, unfortunate saps on the Memphis end of the court were forced to wear. These things!

Here are the 10 ugliest, most hideous uniforms I could find.

New York Knicks 50 Uniforms

This looks like someone took a Tonka Toy, rolled it in red paint and then rolled it around the edges of the jersey. I know it's from the '50s, but some uniforms should have never been fashionable.

New Orleans Hornets Home Yellows

Is it just me, or do these look like they'd be more appropriate for directing traffic than wearing in an NBA game? Poor Chris Paul. He had to wear that thing? Maybe it's not the size that gave him a complex after all. Yuck!

Vancouver Grizzlies Uniforms

Rackmultipart

Right here is why they didn't survive in Vancouver. Who would pay to hurt their eyes that much? In fact, why would anyone come wear those unis voluntarily?

It's hard enough to attract free agents as it is without making them wear that atrocity!

Milwaukee Bucks Green Deer Jersey

This looks like one of those bad art posters on a jersey. I mean, this is awful. Let's set aside for the moment that the whole purple and green together thing is one of the ugliest, most clashing color combos in the history of professional sports. The deer itself looks like it should be black velvet.

Atlanta Hawks, Mid-90s

Let's just say these things put the ugh! in ugly.

This looks like something that should be on the side of a '70s van, not on a jersey. If the notion of this jersey on its own isn't enough, though, imagine it on Christian Laettner (warning: click at your own risk!).

Seattle Supersonics Red Alternates

These were good only if they were used on Christmas Day. I don't recall that happening a lot. Any other day of the year was just an assault on the senses.

I just figured it why these offend me so much. When I blow my nose, generally one of two colors comes out, and these are the two colors. We've got yellow snot and green snot here. I'm not trying to be snotty here, but...yyyyaaaa! Gross!

These are henceforth known as the booger jerseys.

Detroit Pistons Teal Jersey

This was the worst of the jersey with one of the dumbest logos ever. What did they do, set a horse on fire? And what does a horse have to do with Pistons? Is that supposed to be some sort of reach to the Ford Mustang? It's all just very strange. A horse with a tail is one thing, a horse with a tailpipe is another.

Then they stick the ugly logo that makes no sense on a jersey that looked like someone had a dye accident.

Denver Nuggets 1982-1993

Don't say anything. Just let it soak in for a moment. The Lego-looking buildings, the diverse clashing of colors, the strange font choice, the mountains behind the Legos, the stripes behind the mountains behind the Legos. These were a masterpiece of ugly.

The teams that wore these were some of the most offensive in the history of the NBA, and they played some pretty good offense, too.

Toronto Raptors Camos

I've said it before and I'll say it again: It looks like an evening gown got married to a redneck's gear. The whole camo thing doesn't work already—marrying it to that black and white "V" on the side just makes hideous even more hideouser.

Yes, I know hideouser isn't a word, but actually, it is now. It's a word specially made to describe these.
