In Super Bowl XLVI, Tom Brady will be playing in his 5th Super Bowl. He has won three already, with his lone loss coming against the familiar New York Giants.

Tom Brady has been one of the most successful quarterbacks in NFL History. Some people consider him to be a top 5 quarterback of all-time, but if he leads his team over the Giants in Super Bowl XLVI then he might become the best quarterback ever to play the game.

Some might consider Joe Montana, Brett FavrePeyton Manning, or Johnny Unitas to be the best, but Tom Brady should be in that discussion and a win against the Giants will only solidify that. Brady has seven Pro Bowl selections and two MVP awards to go along with three Super Bowl rings and two Super Bowl MVPs.

Peyton Manning is one of the best quarterbacks, but with only one Super Bowl ring he falls below Brady right now. Unitas and Montana might have the edge over Brady, but if Brady beats the Giants that will give him four Super Bowl rings, which is one more than Unitas and tied with Montana. Favre had one of the most decorated careers in history, but he only won one Super Bowl, and sometimes could not get it done in the playoffs.

Right now, I have Unitas and Montana on top, but if Tom Brady can get some revenge on the Giants then Brady will have to get some consideration of being the best of all-time.
