DENVER - SEPTEMBER 26: The helmets of the Denver Broncos were adorned with the #11 of recently deceased teammate Kenny McKinley as they face the Indianapolis Colts at INVESCO Field at Mile High on September 26, 2010 in Denver, Colorado. Nobody that I've spoken with believes that the Broncos have a snowball's chance in Hades of winning this weekend. With their strong defense and our lousy offense, it will be a blowout. Well maybe so, but that won't fade me one bit.

I believe 'cause I put on.

I was there in '77. In fact, I grew up close enough to Mile High that you could hear the roar from the fans from our front yard. Since birth, I have bled orange and blue because that's what my family does, we put on.

Is Tebow the guy?

Is McCoy the real problem?

We backed in and have no chance.

Blah, blah, blah.

Get up, Broncomaniacs, and make some noise other than excuses and complaining. It seems this city has lost its belief, and I cannot for the life of me understand why.

Enjoy the moment, Bronco fans, just enjoy it. We are back in the playoffs and a great Steelers team wants to kick it around in our back yard. What more could a fan possibly ask for? Put on, family, put on.

"Eat Greedy" on Sunday, wherever you are. Grab up some passion and belief, use both hands and "eat greedy." Get some.

We have gone from a complete tear down and rebuild to AFC West Champs (regardless of how) in less than a year. Oakland, KC and San Diego would kill to be able to say that.

Tebow is the guy this weekend and though I'm not HIS biggest fan, I will be behind him 100 percent. I will put on regardless of the odds. My brother Chris, with his bad knees and bad back, could be quarterbacking and I would still put on.

With all I have, I will be backing my boys. Not leaving myself a way out or being cautious in what I say.

Since 1973, I have seen many miracles happen in the thin air around here. Questions and doubts be damned, because every team has excuses, and so does every fan. I don't want to hear excuses from the players, and I will be damned if I'm gonna use them myself.

I will enjoy this season until it ends because there have been some magical moments down the stretch. Even with the recent play, I have enjoyed the improbable wins and crushing defeats.

I've been on this Broncos bandwagon for far too long to jump off now. I'll ride this sucker straight into the ground with the rest of you. Drunk off the Kool-Aid till the wheels come off.

This Sunday at 2:15 Mountain Time. I, along with every true-blooded Broncos fan, will do what I have done every Sunday in the fall. Wake up, put my colors on, grab my favorite seat and scream myself hoarse within the first five minutes.

Can the Broncos beat the Steelers? East side, south side, west side (north side)....I believe. cause I put on!
