Jerry Sandusky: 12th Accuser Comes Forward in Penn State Scandal
The list of victims lobbying against former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky has swelled to an even dozen.
According to NBC 10 in Philadelphia, a 12th accuser has come forward against Sandusky, alleging that he was abused at the age of 12 by Sandusky. The newest victim claims that Sandusky seduced him with whiskey in his office on the Penn State campus before touching him inappropriately.
Like the rest of Sandusky's victims, the latest accuser came in contact with the coach through The Second Mile Charity, which has itself come under fire from civil lawsuits of late.

The 12th victim is said to have only been abused by Sandusky once, but because of that the single encounter he "continues to suffer severe psychological damage," according to attorney Charles Schmidt.
The Sandusky scandal first broke last month, precipitating the firing of long-time Nittany Lions football coach Joe Paterno and a firestorm of a sort and degree never before seen in college athletics, not to mention the departures of athletic director Tim Curley, university vice president Gary Schultz and president Graham Spanier. Curley and Schultz are currently on trial for charges of perjury relating to the Sandusky case.
The emergence of the Sandusky scandal has since emboldened victims of similar abuse to come forward, with figures at Syracuse University, the AAU and the Philadelphia Daily News being pushed to the fore amidst accusations of child sexual abuse.
