Another week, another set of players we have to grab from the scrap heap of the waiver wire. It's a good thing that Roy Helu and his pals are here to save us all from destruction.

The season may be ending, but we have identified three players that are just getting started. That comes as a blessing to fantasy players in need of a surge in production.

Here are three fantasy options that will have you giggling like a mad genius by this time next week.

Roy Helu

We will be digging deep indeed. Well into the season, the best players are all accounted for. One burner that should be available in most leagues is Roy Helu.

Some of you may have taken a stab at him in prior weeks. Well, you were well rewarded as he went for 21 points in most Yahoo! Leagues last week against Seattle. He will still be the starter this weekend against the Jets

Remember, he is playing the Jets so don't expect the same return, but it will be enough to keep you satisfied.

Johnny Knox

The Chicago Bears receiver is heating up and you need to jump on the bandwagon while you can. The loss of Jay Cutler was supposed to cast a pall on every Bears receiver.

It seems Caleb Hanie is quite smitten with Knox and is rewarding him with valuable touches. Get him in your lineup while the getting is good.

CJ Spiller

Spiller indeed got a whole lot more touches, but failed to impress with what he did with the ball. This should change once he gets used to the added weight on his shoulders.

I am confident he will improve to produce between 11-14 points.
