Miami Dolphins quarterback Matt Moore has been a major reason his team has won three straight games after an 0-7 start, and he will bring success to your fantasy team too.

Moore is one of several quarterbacks you should pick up off of your fantasy league's waiver wire this week as the fantasy playoffs near.

Let's look at three quarterbacks you must consider picking up for Week 12.

1. Vince Young

With Michael Vick nursing an injury and the Philadelphia Eagles possibly falling out of the playoff race, Vince Young becomes a smart waiver wire pickup.

Young has a lot of offensive weapons at his disposal including several quality receivers such as DeSean Jackson.

Young also can add points from rushing yards to your team with his ability to run outside of the pocket.

The Eagles play the Patriots in Week 12 and they allow 299 passing yards per game which makes New England the best matchup left for Young on the schedule.

2. Matt Leinart

Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub has been lost for the season with an injury and former USC star Matt Leinart will replace him.

Leinart has a strong supporting cast around him that will help him put up the stats to do well for your fantasy football team.

Wide receivers Andre Johnson, Kevin Walter and tight end Owen Daniels are three solid targets for Leinart in the passing game. He also has the best running back duo in football in his backfield with Arian Foster and Ben Tate, and both backs are quality pass-catchers.

3. Matt Moore

The Dolphins are looking for their fourth straight win on Sunday versus the Dallas Cowboys and Matt Moore has played great in their mini winning streak.

In his last three games, Moore has thrown six touchdown passes with just one interception. He is taking care of the football and allowing Miami to finish scoring drives.

He also has quality pass-catching running backs such as Reggie Bush, who has also played great during the team's winning streak.

Pick up Matt Moore this week if you need an emergency starter or a long-term replacement at quarterback.
