50 Cent, Mayweather Jr., Get Into a Fight at WM XXIV Over Payment

In an interview currently online at ESPN.COM, rapper 50 Cent reveals how he had a little fight over payment with Floyd Mayweather, Jr., at WrestleMania XXIV.

"For a second, he tried to talk to me like I was one of the people working for him. He tried to tell me what to do so I grabbed him. I snatched his little ass up then he hit me and was like 'What's wrong with you?' We were mad for a second, but then everything went back to normal," he said.

The fight started after he requested to be paid for his role at the show since it was Mayweather's idea to have 50 lead him up to the ring. 50 Cent reveals Mayweather was only paid $1 million for his match against the Big Show and the money was sitting there all in cash in a bag.

"He had one million dollars in the bag, it was physically right in front of me, so why should I have to wait to get paid? Just give me that money right there. He wasn't with it, and that's how it all started," he added.

Mayweather Jr., bragged the WWE paid him a sum of $20 million for his appearance at WrestleMania XXIV and the company also announced the sum on TV and in press releases. The figure however was shot down after the show during one of the company's quarter earning report conference calls.
