Amar'e Stoudemire Video: Watch Locked out Knicks Star's Foot Locker Interview
Amarโe Stoudmire is now working for Foot Locker after he absolutely nailed the interview.
In this two-minute YouTube spot, Stoudemire is grilled on his experience and ability to do the job.
He says he is qualified as a six-time All Star in his previous job and has been "through a few training camps in his day."

The whole thing is a campaign for the new Nike Air Max Sweep Thru, which he calls โthe epitome of swag.โ
Itโs a pretty funny spot that satirizes the NBA lockout and the unemployment status of current NBA players.
Fortunately for Amarโe, the latest news today means he wonโt be selling those shoes much longer and may actually be wearing them on a basketball court as soon as December 1st.
According to Sam Amico over at FOXSports, last nightโs marathon labor talks between the players and owners went very well.
The negotiations are going to continue today and hopefully there is an agreement in place by early next week that would allow these NBA players to get back to their jobs and out of Foot Lockers.
Not that there is anything wrong with working for that company of course, I just feel that Stoudemire, his 6โ10โ, 240-pound frame and out-of-this-world athletic ability would be much more suited to play professional basketball.
Iโm sure he sold a ton of shoes during his time at Foot Locker but that check is going to pale in comparison to the $17.5 million dollars he is scheduled to make if he plays for the Knicks this season.
While Foot Locker might lose a great salesman, the country gains an even better basketball player if the NBA allows Stoudemire to finally return to his real job. ย
