Global Warriors Fighting Championships' second show in Ontario is shaping up to be a very exciting card for local mixed martial arts fans.

The card is stacked with the best fighters in the province and is headlined by Adrenaline Training Center stalwart Jesse "The Body Snatcher" Ronson who will face The Ultimate Fighter reality show competitor and alum Jeff Lentz.

Global Warriors has created this event as a tribute to the late Shawn Tompkins. Along with Ronson, there are four other Team Tompkins fighters on the card. Jesse Gross, Pete Brown, Rowan Cunningham and Clint Kingsbury are all Team Tompkins fighters chomping at the bit to perform in honor of "The Coach."

The Team Tompkins fighters are all local favorites, and they will be facing some very formidable foes from a mix of all the other top schools in Ontario, including fighters out of the new Tapout Training Center Burlington.

There will be a silent auction and 50-50 draw organized at the event and all proceeds with go to help the family of the late Shawn Tompkins.

Attached are video interviews with all five Adrenaline fighters; check it out to find out what these guys have to say about fighting for "The Coach."

Main Event: Jesse "The Body Snatcher" Ronson vs. Jeff Lentz

2 of 6

Jesse Ronson is 7-2 as a mixed martial artist and is coming off of one of the most exciting fights in Ontario in 2011 with his decision victory over highly touted Jason Saggo.

It was a very tough, bloody fight for Saggo and Ronson is a banger by his core who is looking to take Jeff Lentz out and move up the ranks in his career.

Lentz is a TUF alum as he was on Season 12 of the show and he is 7-3-1 as a professional. He is coming off a draw with Dwayne Shelton in Atlantic City in July.

Jesse Gross vs. Ricky Goodall

3 of 6

After rising fast in the amateur ranks with a 6-0 record coming out of the shoot, Jesse Gross has faced his first bit of adversity in his career with back-to-back submission losses in his last two fights this year. His last loss was in a high-profile fight and his Bellator debut.

He is an aggressive, hungry lion in this game who is well aware that opponents think he is weak on the ground right now. He will be looking and hoping that Ricky Goodall chooses to stand and bang with him.

Ricky Goodall is having a bit of a resurgence in his career of late, coming off a win in his last fight with Lenny Wheeler in May where he had to fill in at the last minute to save his own promoted show.

Things happen for a reason and at 7-4-1 in his career, this will be a good fight for Goodall to see if he can really gain momentum.

This fight, along with the main event, should be a candidate for "Fight of the Night."

Pete Brown vs. Taylor Solomon

4 of 6

Pete Brown brings a lot of experience and heart into any fight he is in, and this time he gets to do it at home, and for "The Coach." I have been a fan of Brown's for a while now, and have been cageside for his last two losses. I'm hoping I'm not bad luck for the Adrenaline leader.

Taylor Solomon is a struggling fighter as well but Brown himself says he is "just like him" in his toughness and heart so I'm looking forward to seeing these two go. Solomon is a local boy as well from near by Ohsweken and I'm sure he is excited to show off for all his fans.

Rowan Cunningham vs. Jordan Jewell

5 of 6

Rowan Cunningham is a black belt in jiu-jitsu and a submission wizard, so it is no secret where his comfort level is when he fights on Oct 29th. This is a rematch with Jordan Jewell, and he submitted Jewell last time, after admittedly being manhandled a bit by in the early going. Cunningham is 6-3 in his career with all his wins coming by submission.

Jordan Jewell will be looking to avenge a loss of a few years ago and show his game has evolved in a long time away from competing. His last fight was his loss to Cunningham in 2006 and he will be making a big return in this one. Jordan is from Hamilton and another great Ontario fighter on the card.

Clint Kingsbury vs. TBA

6 of 6

Clint Kingsbury is still waiting to cross the T's and dot the I's on the contract and his next opponent, but whomever it is, I feel sorry for the guy. The last time I saw Kingsbury fight it was an absolute war that went the distance and gained "Fight of the Night" honors at PFC Border Wars 1 in Windsor.

Kingsbury is a wrestler by trade and an exceptional one at that, but he is working hard on his striking to round out his game.

His opponent will be secured soon, and he better be ready to rumble with Kingsbury on Oct 29th. Kingsbury is an undefeated 2-0 in his young career.

Don't miss Halloween Havoc October 29th, 5 p.m. in London.
