Brandon Lloyd Rams: How Will Trade Affect Lloyd and Sam Bradford's Fantasy Value
Sam Bradford is now a viable fantasy football option. It has been a rough second season for the QB and the Rams. They have yet to find a win, and more importantly—for people that aren't Rams fans—Bradford has been a fantasy disaster.
Bradford This Season
Bradford has thrown for 1,170 yards. He is hitting just 52.8 percent of his passes, and he has just three TD passes and two interceptions.

These numbers are not going to cut it in fantasy or real life.
What Lloyd Brings
A huge part of the problem for Bradford is that there is not one player on the Rams that commands the defense's attention.
Their run game is average at best, and the receiving corps is weak. Lloyd will give the Rams a playmaker. Someone the defense has to pay extra attention too.
Lloyd has the talent that will allow him to produce even when teams are paying him extra attention. He is a pass-catching machine that comes as a result of excellent hands and precise route running.
He will help open things up for everyone else.
Expected Improvements for Bradford
Lloyd is going to help the Rams move the ball and put it in the end zone. His addition will have a trickle-down effect on this offense.
I don't expect the Rams to instantly turn into a playoff team, and Bradford to be a fantasy star, but this addition will make him an option in some weeks.
The Rams will continue to have to play from behind, and with this new option in the pass game, that means plenty of passes for Bradford.
Bradford's anemic TD rate is going to improve. As will his completions and yards. Bradford threw for 300 yards this past Sunday, and it will not be his only 300-yard effort this season. Next time he may even have a touchdown or two to go with it.
