UFC Fight Night 16: Fight For The Troops is on December 10th. It's an average card at best, but should be entertaining. Wondering what to expect from it?
Here you go:
Expect Josh Koscheck to walk through Yoshiyuki Yoshida.
Expect Mike Swick to lose a hard fought battle in the third round.
Expect Tim Credeur to knock Nate Loughran out, and cry during his interview with Joe Rogan.
Expect Razak Al-Hassan to get booed, win or lose! (J/k) (Again)
Expect Steve Cantwell to win in an impressive manner.
Expect Dana White to announce that Steve Cantwell and Brian Stann will fight at UFN 17.
Expect Matt Wiman to lose by submission in round two.
Expect Jim Miller to face Frankie Edgar as his next opponent.
Expect Luigi Fioravanti's fight to be aired on tv.
Expect Corey Hill's fight to be broadcasted as well.
Expect Dana White to announce UFC 95's main event.
Expect Anderson Silva to be one of the fighters.
Expect Joe Rogan to say,"He's So Powerful." Or "he has great stand-up."
Expect this fight card to look average on paper, but as you watch it you think," This is actually a great card!"
Expect at least five UFC 92 commercials, and two or three GSP/BJ Penn 24/7 commercials.
Expect the unexpected for at least one of these fights.
Expect UFC 93 to be free on spike. (I Wish)
That's all for this one, enjoy!

Your predicting both Mike Swick and Matt Wiman to lose? I will do a parlay bet with you on that one!
My favorite thing Joe Rogan said about Anderson Silva is that its like watching "A ballet of violence." Rogan is such a poet.
Not sure about Kos walking through Yoshida but I except him to take the decision, maybe even a surprise TKO.
IF Luigi loses is he next to be cut by the UFC?
I wish UFC 93 was going to be aired free too. Spike didn't budget for it and it is going to do horrible PPV numbers with the tape delay - who dropped the ball on that one?!

Swick just hasn't impressed me as of late. Wiman is a good fighter, but Jim Miller is a stud!
Joe Rogan i always good for some laughter!
Luigi is a pretty good fighter, I think he'll win.
Yeah, I second your thoughts on UFC 93, someone MOST DEF dropped the ball on that UFC 93 will be lucky to get 150k buys.

Swick will destroy...who's he fighting again? I am going to say 1st or 2nd round TKO. Mike earns his moniker "quick" back.

sean - I like Swick in this fight as well. I will give you unimpressive against burkman but that was his first cut to 170 and he looked sluggish and dehydrated. He was on top of his game against a great striker in marcus davis at ufc 85 though. I think he continues the momentum but it should be a competitive fight against goulet.

Koscheck won't walk through Yoshida. It will be a good competitive fight.

I just heard Brock Lesnar plans on flying down to the event "to support the troops." Other big names could make an appearance as well.

I think Kos is gonna go for broke in this fight, resulting in him walking through Yoshi!
Just my opinion though we'll see....Thanks for the comment!

No if Kos goes broke, then he will be waking up to the stars. That is not the way Kos fights, so dont expect that. That will be a good fight, I have Yoshida winning the decision. Wiman has tons of power, dont be surprised if he gets a KO, but if he doesnt I see a tap out as well. Goulet has a glass jaw, and if anybody goes for broke it will be Swick. Swick second round tko. Luigi will make brodie look as stiff as cardboard with a huge left hook. Fight of the night will be Bruno and Rees. Anderson has already been announced as one of the fighters for UFC 95, so of course we should expect that.

If Kos goes for broke, he could very easily win with a big Ko, so EXPECT what you want! Wiman has tons of power, but have you seen any of Jim Miller's fights? Like i said before, the guy is a stud. I see Goulet submitting Swick, and Swick not going for broke at all. Luigi..I agree! Anderson Silva hasn't officially been announced as the main event for UFC 95, but he will on 12/10, we may even find his opponent out!

I was just saying. Kos will not go for broke. He has no reason too! Jim Miller is a subbing machine, I know a lot more than you think. But Thiago Tavares has more submission wins than Miller, and Wiman KO'ed him. Why do you think Jim Miller is so great? Because he beat Bart Palaszewski? Or Chris Liguori twice? Miller's one big fight he lost so I dont see the excitement that everybody else does. But like I said he could pull out the submission. He is still going to be in the UFC even if he gets beat. He took the Thiago Alves fight on short notice, and gained a ton of respect. What makes you think he could easily get the big ko? Have you seen Yoshida fight? He has never been knocked out, and I dont know why you think Kos is a KO artist all of the sudden.

First off, I wasn't being a smart ass, so calm that down. He might go for broke to prove he's more than a gatekeeper, which has been the word floating around. I think Jim Miller is a stud because I've watched him most of his career. Thiago Tavares and Jim Miller aren't the same, so don't compare the two. Yes I've seen Yoshida fight, he's pretty good, I just like Kos in this fight. I don't think he's a KO artist all of the sudden, but I think he'll KO Yoshida!

I hope Yoshida wins. I highly doubt it, but I really want that Japanese idiot to win. Seriously when is the last time you have seen an Azn fighter actually do well in a MMA event except DREAM.

Jim and Frank train together, so they won't be rematching any time soon.
