Here it is then, the moment we have all been waiting for...Jon Jones, the youngest UFC champion in history, taking on Quinton "Rampage" Jackson.

Don't blink with this one, it's going to be a quick one. I'm going with Jones though.

As Rampage enters the arena looking focused and howling, we will get this one going then...

Round 1:

Both fighters are feeling each other out here. Jon Jones' reach is instantly apparent, as it overwhelms Jackson initially. A cautious opening round, but Jones wins it through more aggressive and inventive attacking.

Round 2:

"Find your range" is ringing fresh in Rampage's ears from his corner. A dominant stand-up again by Jones, and a FLYING TRIANGLE ATTEMPT AT THE END BY JONES! Not enough time to crank it on however, and the round closes.

Round 3:

Jones begins the third just as he left off. Rampage doesn't seem to have any answer to the range and technique of the young champion, and definitively takes the third round as well.

Round 4:

The fight goes to the floor where Rampage looks in trouble...Jones is working for the back...he's got the Choke! REAR-NAKED CHOKE APPLIED! RAMPAGE TAPS OUT!

Jones defends his title for the first time in a very convincing victory over a seasoned fighter in Rampage Jackson.

Result:

Jon Jones defeats Rampage Jackson via third round rear-naked choke submission.
