It may seem like over a hundred years ago but mma was around all the way back in the nineties, and back in November of 98' one of the most brutal one sided fights took place.

The fight took place between a much larger and intimidating Travis Fulton against a small Jeremy Bullock who may have very possibly lied about his weight in order to enter the fight. Bullock whose style was Tae Kwon Do came out to flashing lights at the Extreme challenge 22, Fulton was putting on a show for a crowd with a couple spin kicks and jumping into the splits.

Then out walked Fulton, one of the biggest veterans of the sport today who has to his credit over 250 fights, with a very stoic nature and and at a very believable 200 lbs.

The two fighters stood at their corners and Bullock traded some mug shots for the camera trying to look as tough as he could, so probably that when his family buys the VHS tape he doesn't look like a complete wussy. The bell rings the two fighters walk out and the rest is history.

Bullock comes running out of his corner like a mad man jumping in the air delivering a flying side kick that Fulton ducks under. The two sit there for about four seconds feeling each other out until Fulton shoots in for the take down.

Once within Bullocks guard Fulton manages to pass effortlessly into half mount. Bullock holds unto Fultons head like he was a six year old in a wrestling match, and then at 44 seconds of the first round Fulton body slams bullock with one arm.

The fight is over and Bullock is screaming and writhing in pain, the crowd cheers, Fulton looks concerned. The referee checks to make sure that Bullock is alright but his screams of pain are being drowned out by the screams of excited fans.

Bullock is taken away on the stretcher with a neck brace, and all Fulton can do is stand back looking nervous that he may have just killed a guy.

In the world of mma their is only winners and losers- it is up to the matchmakers to decide who is ready to fight and who isn't. Bullock stepped into the ring claiming to be 170lbs but looked more like he weighed 145lbs, Bullock would never fight another mma bout again.

Fulton continued his career and has fought probably more fights than anyone else in the sport.
