Best of the "White Michael Vick" Meme

With one ill-conceived photoshop, ESPN blew up the online sports world Thursday.

In a piece entitled "What if Michael Vick were white?" that is scheduled to run in the next ESPN The Magazine, they ran this picture with it and everyone subsequently lost their minds.

The funny part was that the picture completely misrepresented what the article was about (which basically said that the question itself was stupid) and the author had no idea it was happening. The fact that ESPN briefly pulled it down, only to put it up a short while later only fueled more interest in the stupidity of the move.

One good thing did come out of it, though. People quickly took advantage of the idiotic "what if" idea and came up with some more examples, including some hilarious photoshops.
