This move seems ridiculous to suggest. Of course CM Punk should win at SummerSlam. This is the best way to continue their feud and keep the internet marks happy, which seems to be the new direction of the writing staff overall. Having Cena win would be the status quo, and we do not want that, do we?

Well, I do.

Before you yell at me, let me explain why Cena winning would be the best thing for the feud. More importantly, though, is how he wins. If he wins with the normal SuperCena routine, then yes, that would be bad. But if he won with the "help" of our COO Mr. Hunter Hearst Helmsley, then that would be perfect for the feud.

CM Punk could still say that he was the best in the world because Cena couldn't beat him clean. He would also be able to argue that everything is the status quo still, and be the anti-hero everyone wants.

He could still be challenging the authority, and fighting Alberto Del Rio for the WWE Championship, after he cashed in the Money In The Bank briefcase on John Cena on a night after Summerslam. Then, we would see the great feud of the Mexican Aristocrat and the Best in the World, which could culminate at Survivor Series, making it a relevant pay-per-view once again. Then, we can see the confrontation of Rock and Cena without it involving a Rock having to run-in, which would have been repetitive.

So what would John Cena be doing at this time? Feuding with the COO of the WWE. This may seem illogical, as it would make more sense for HHH to feud with Punk, but I think this feud would be better. It would be unexpected, and could evolve the character of John Cena to be a spokesman of the people, who's only goal in life, beyond titles and fortune, would be to defend the people. This could be accomplished as HHH becomes corrupted from the power and loses touch with the people, and Cena trying to right his views.

This can even be worked into the Rock storyline, as Cena would try to defend the fans from the "lies" of Dwayne Johnson (an added touch to the storyline, where Cena refuses to acknowledge him as the Rock, as the Rock is a wrestler, and Dwayne is an actor).

Doesn't this sound better, and more interesting than the re-run of the Stone Cold-McMahon feud inbetween Punk and HHH? I think so.

Good. Bad. I'm the guy with the voice.
