WWE: CM Punk May or May Not Appear on Tonight's WWE Raw

CM Punk won his final WWE match against John Cena for the WWE Title and left the building as the Champion, following the Money in the Bank PPV. Obviously the looming question is, "What in the blue hell will happen next?"

It's complicated, as most would assume CM Punk would be on Raw tonight and somehow lose the WWE Championship. Others speculate that there will be a new Championship belt. The possibilities are endless, and we won't have a clear answer till Raw ends tonight.

Hell, I don't even know if Punk will be on Raw tonight. The WWE website and The Resch Center's arena website are listing Punk to appear on the show. Now, with CM Punk winning last night, it would normally mean CM Punk will be on Raw somehow.

CM Punk sprinkled doubts into people's minds by tweeting this:

It's been a long time since I've been this physically spent after a match. Yet, at the gym with Ace and Cubs/phillies later!

That baseball game is being played in Chicago, and Raw is taking place all the way in Green Bay, Wisconsin. By car, that could be a three- to four-hour ride. Unless CM Punk gets in a private jet from Vince, then it'll be roughly an hour-long flight, which is still cutting it close.

ESPN.com writer Jon Greenberg posted a photo of CM Punk on the field with his buddy Colt Cabana. You can see the photo by clicking here.

Seriously, the tweet and the photo could be an elaborate setup by the WWE to make us believe CM Punk is not going to show up, only to then make an appearance.

There is a good chance CM Punk won't be at Raw, which will make the show even more interesting and unpredictable.

Well played WWE, well played indeed!
