Cheick Kongo (16-6-2) also comes into this fight after an outstanding performance at UFC on Versus 4.
Kongo took on Pat Barry, and was rocked and knocked down three times in a matter of seconds, but somehow he was able to get back to his feet, throw a right hook that wobbled Barry, and follow it with an uppercut that knocked him out cold.
It was one of the best comebacks in UFC history.
This fight will be an up-and-comer attempting to break into the upper echelon of the division against a seasoned veteran.
Expect this fight to be a war.
Not to mention the stare down will probably be fun. Mitrione smiling in the angrily staring face of Kongo.
