Are you kidding me? Tom Brady's status in question for Super Bowl XLII? You have to be out of your mind.

What I hate about having two weeks between the AFC/NFC Championship games and the Super Bowl is the fact that the media decides it is their duty to make a much bigger deal out of things than they really are.

So Tom Brady was seen outside his somewhat attractive girlfriend's apartment in a walking cast. Do you really think Tom Brady is going to miss a Super Bowl? He has the chance to become just the third quarterback ever to start and win four Super Bowls.

Maybe I'm wrong, as I did feel that there was no way we would not see LaDanian Tomlinson for the majority of the AFC Championship.  

The difference between the two situations is that LT has Michael Turner, likely a top 15 running back in the entire NFL backing him up. What do the Patriots and Tom Brady have to fall back on?

Outside of Patriots fans and die hard football fans, very few people are aware that former USC backup Matt Cassel and former Michigan five-star Recruit Matt Gutierrez are his two backups. Needless to say, the Patriots lose a little more without Brady than the Chargers did without LT.

So please media, stop making such a to-do over something that is as clear as day. Tom Brady isn't going to miss the Super Bowl this year. I don't care if he has not practiced so far this week, you will not see the NFL's single season touchdown pass leader miss this game. He will be under center at the start of the game as well as at the final whistle, don't you worry.
