Colts 31, Ravens 3

Another blow out, but this time the Colts got the better of it defeating the Ravens 31-3 in regulation time. I’m not too sure if Joe Flacco went to the Manning Passing Academy when he was younger, but he sure got a taste of what its like. Manning’s clinic included three touchdown passes for 271 yards on 19/28. He did not throw an interception.

His favorite target, Marvin Harrison was able to clear the controversy of a shooting at his bar that he may or may not have been involved with, out of his head. Harrison caught three passes for 82 yards and had two touchdown catches. A 67-yarder and a five yarder. Manning was also able to find Reggie Wayne eight times for 118 yards and a touchdown.

Developing wide receiver Anthony Gonzalez had four receptions for 33 yards.

Colts’ did manage to have some trouble at the running back position. Joseph Addai left with an injury and so did rookie Mike Hart. That meant third string former and current Colt Dominic Rhodes had to come in. He didn’t disappoint. He had 73 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries.

The Ravens’ running game was also, shockingly, a disappointment. Le’Ron McClain had -2 yards rushing and Willis McGahee only had 18 yards. Rookie Ray Rice led all Ravens’ rushers with 23 yards on only six carries. Rice also had seven receptions for 64 yards

Quarterback Joe Flacco did not do as well as he was doing the weeks before this one. He had 241 yards passing and he threw three interceptions. He found Derrick Mason six times for 70 yards.
