2011 WWE Fantasy Draft: Post Draft Champions, Challengers and Feuds

0 of 21

Before I start, you must know that I based this solely on my own opinions and fantasies. Before reading this article, you must absolutely read my fantasy draft slideshow.

Check my fantasy draft out here: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/674803-2011-wwe-fantasy-draft-a-breath-of-fresh-air

For those of you who already read my fantasy draft article, here are my fantasy feuds following the draft.

Michelle McCool vs. Layla

1 of 21

Post Draft, I would have Michelle McCool turn on Layla, thus turning Layla face and triggering a feud between the two lovely ladies.

LayCool has hit a tough spot and from the looks of it, may split.

These two should feud but I don't know who should beat who.

This feud will keep both women out of the title hunt which can be good since most of the IWC feels that they steal the divas spotlight anyways.

Michael McGillicutty vs. Rey Mysterio

2 of 21

Rey Mysterio has been putting over younger talent as of late. He put over Cody Rhodes at the Grandest Stage of Them All, Wrestlemania.

I say, have Mysterio put over Michael McGillicutty.

I think that Mysterio and McGillicutty have the potential of putting on a great match.

Ted DiBiase vs. Cody Rhodes

3 of 21

I would have Ted DiBiase debut on Smackdown, saving someone from Cody Rhodes thus making Ted a face.

Rhodes can call out DiBiase the following week and talk about how he is the "Shawn Michaels" of Legacy and DiBiase is the "Marty Jannetty" of the team. DiBiase can punch Rhodes in his dashing face and start their feud.

I would have this feud last a decent amount of time with Cody Rhodes coming out on top because he has been on a hot streak as of late.

WWE Tag Team Champion Challengers

4 of 21

    Zack Ryder and Primo.

Both men are no strangers to tag team gold. Both are former tag team champions and can be a great asset to the WWE's weak tag team division.

Ryder and Primo are never on Smackdown or Raw and I'd like to see them in the spotlight which is why I choose them as number one contenders.

At least we'll get to see Zack Ryder on TV again.

Woo Woo Woo You Know It.

WWE Tag Team Champions

5 of 21

    Who else?

Honestly, who else besides The Corre's Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel?

These guys make an interesting tag team and are arguably the best tag team in WWE today. They are three time tag team champions and I'd like to see these guys fight it out with Ryder and Primo for tag team gold.

Challenger to the Intercontinental Championship: Evan Bourne

6 of 21

Evan Bourne has been in the WWE for some time now and has never won a championship belt. I can't even remember the last time he was a number one contender, if he ever was.

Evan Bourne isn't so good on the mic, but is amazing in the ring. He has potential and needs a good feud and championship reign to help get him off the ground.

Intercontinental Champion: Daniel Bryan

7 of 21

Daniel Bryan can come into Smackdown and take the strap off of current champion, Wade Barrett.

Bryan has been bouncing around the mid-card scene on Raw and it's about time to send him to Smackdown for new challengers.

He should take the Intercontinental title from Barrett and feud with Evan Bourne for the belt.

Both Bryan and Bourne are great in the ring and can steal the show if given a proper chance.

Sheamus vs. Kane

8 of 21

I've been wanting to see Sheamus vs. Kane in a heated feud for quite some time now.

Both big men are agile for their size and are power houses. They can tear the roof off the building if given the chance.

I've been dreaming of Sheamus nailing Kane with a Brogue Kick right in the face.

To sweeten the pot, there can be a championship on the line but I have other plans for the world title.

Challenger for the WWE Championship: Christian

9 of 21

Everyone in the IWC is waiting for Christian to win his first ever World title in WWE.

He is currently fighting Alberto Del Rio for a title but I have a better idea.

In my draft I moved Del Rio to Raw as the World Heavyweight Champion. In return I moved WWE Champion, The Miz to Smackdown. Know where I'm going with this?

Christian deserves a run as world champion and I'd be glad to see him win the big one. There are two things in his way in my Smackdown roster...

WWE Champion: The Miz

10 of 21

Christian vs. The Miz for the WWE Championship.

I would kill to see that. Both guys are good on the mic and can bring it when it comes to the in ring action. Factor Alex Riley into this equation and you struck gold.

This would be a dream come true for me. Miz, Riley and Christian are some of my favorites in WWE right now.

The perfect setting for this match, for me anyways, would be SummerSlam. I wouldn't have it at Wrestlemania because of the big Cena/Rock match.

Christian vs. Miz with Alex Riley for the WWE Championship? Make it happen, WWE.

11 of 21

The following are feuds on Raw based on my WWE Fantasy Draft.

Husky Harris vs. Santino Marella

12 of 21

Okay, so this wouldn't be a feud but a squash match.

I like Husky Harris and I think WWE should start building him up. A good way is a squash match. Make him look dominant. Sadly it would be at the expense of Santino Marella.

Don't get me wrong, I like Santino. He's the lovable, funny guy in WWE. He just as to be a one night punching bag for Harris.

Drew McIntyre vs. Triple H

13 of 21

I feel like Drew McIntyre and Triple H have some things in common. I don't know what it is, but they seem very similar to me.

Last year, Sheamus feuded with Triple H and took him out of action. Triple H  put over Sheamus only to have Sheamus a cowardly heel a few months later.

I'd like to see Triple H put over another younger talent: Drew McIntyre.

Drew is called "The Chosen One" by Vince McMahon. Why not have a feud between "The Chosen One" and Vince's son in law, Triple H?

I think HHH and McIntyre can deliver a good feud and series of matches with the outcome being a main event push for McIntyre.

R Truth vs. John Morrison

14 of 21

I like the R Truth heel turn on Raw last week.

I want to see Morrison try to get revenge on Truth for his attack. Now I've been an R Truth fan since his days in TNA and would have him come out as the winner. Sorry Morrison fans.

Both guys have similar in ring style and can put on a good show.

Challenger for Divas Championship: Kharma

15 of 21

Videos keep promoting WWE's newest diva, Kharma. She destroys Barbie dolls in the videos and I'm pretty excited for her debut.

After a few weeks of destroying WWE's Barbie dolls, like The Bellas,  Kharma should be in line for a title shot.

With her size and power it shouldn't be long until she is a champion.

Anyone who never watched her compete, I'll let you know that she did a front flip off the top rope in TNA. I'll be damned if she does one in WWE and I hope she does.

Divas Champion: Gail Kim

16 of 21

You had to see this coming.

Gail and Kharma have a history. They date back to TNA and fighting for the Knockouts Championship. They had great matches and battled all over the iMPACT! Zone.

WWE would be stupid not to try this feud.

WWE can go two ways with this.

1.) Kharma beats Gail after a hard fought match

2.) Gail fends off the beast in a hard fought match

I don't know about you, but I like the first choice. Kharma should be Divas Champion for a very, very long time.

Challenger for the United States Championship: Dolph Ziggler

17 of 21

Former World Heavyweight Champion, now number one contender for United States title.

Ziggler has a bright future in WWE and things are looking up for him.

Ziggler needs a new start on Raw and what better start than to challenge for the US title.

With help of Vickie Guerrero, Dolph can be a top heel in WWE.

United States Champion: CM Punk

18 of 21

Dolph Ziggler vs. CM Punk for the United States Championship.

How's that sound? Let it sink in for a while...

Both guys are great in the ring and CM Punk is gold on the mic, but Ziggler can semi-counter Punk's mic skills with Vickie.

This would be another dream match of mine.

Both guys are no strangers to championships and are great in the ring.

I'm not a CM Punk fan myself (I liked Punk when he was in ECW), so I would have Ziggler win. Whoever wins, it'll definitely be a good match up.

Challenger for the World Heavyweight Championship: John Cena

19 of 21

There is no doubting John Cena's main event status and strong fan base. He is the hardest worker in WWE and is constantly on the go.

John Cena has granted over 200 wishes for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Cena has won plenty of championships in his career. He is a nine time world champion.

He can always deliver when WWE needs him for a big match or feud.

I chose Cena because he is a big draw in the main event.

World Heavyweight Champion: Alberto Del Rio

20 of 21

Destiny fulfilled. Del Rio is the World Heavyweight Champion with John Cena hot on his tail.

I feel like Cena and Del Rio have some unfinished business together. They had a match on Raw before Wrestlemania and the match ended when Miz interfered.

I want a conclusion to the Cena/Del Rio match.

I wanted to see a match between the two since Del Rio's feud with Mysterio ended. When I finally got that match, it was an upset. Ended early and was completely one sided.

Cena vs. Del Rio for the World Heavyweight Championship.
