Sky And Setanta Putting Supporters Last Again!

TheChelseaBlog.orgOct 4, 2008

As if supporters didn’t have enough to contend with before, with games subject to changes to accommodate Sky, now that Setanta’s in on the act as well, it seems the Saturday afternoon games are even less sacred than ever.

As far as the effect on Chelsea is concerned, the FA Premier League announced yesterday the games against West Ham and Everton are now to be rescheduled thanks to both broadcasters.

The home game against West Ham, originally set for Saturday 13th December will now be played on Sunday 14th December as the featured game on Sky, whilst the Everton game, which should have been played on Saturday 20th December, will now take place at the more convenient time (for Setanta) of 8.00pm on Monday 22nd December.

Nice to see so much consideration is being given to travelling supporters!
