Twitter: it's the new way to follow drivers and other NASCAR professionals. Drivers, spotters, media people, wives and even driver assistants are all on Twitter and are all great to follow.
But who are the top ones you want to follow for entertainment and maybe some NASCAR news? I'll show you in the next few slides.

We all know Harvick is a prankster, and on Twitter he is a prankster 24/7 when it comes to his assistant. At the same time, he can put some opinions in on NASCAR that really make sense.
He is really the Twitter King when it comes to NASCAR.

Bob Pockrass is one of the journalists that covers NASCAR every week. He is known for staying in the media center until late at night.
If you want reliable information about NASCAR, he is the guy to follow.

Fryer is known for her breaking news that is usually confirmed soon after she breaks it. She's also been known to sit outside buildings during meetings to try and get a quote or any information she can for the fans.
Plus, she's entertaining and holds regular conversations with fans and drivers on twitter. She is the full package.

Kevin Harvick's wife is awesome to follow. She has spats with Kevin, talks to fans, updates people on what is going on at KHI and even talks about their pets.
She is definitely entertaining, but you also see a serious side that keeps you informed of stuff going on in their lives and at the track.
She's a must follow if you want to see inside driver's lives.

The spotter of Brad Keselowski's car, Joey Meier, talks about the going ons at the track and talks to other NASCAR people and fans. It is funny watching his interactions with other spotters and sometimes he even tweets from the roof on race weekends.
Seeing a spotter's perspective on the roof is definitely interesting.

@Mother_Function is known as Joshie, that guy, and the guy Kevin Harvick tortures daily. As I write this, they are in day three of a VERY entertaining feud, something that happens a lot.
If you want entertainment, you have to follow Harvick and @Mother_Function, following just one of them just won't do.

The 2011 Daytona 500 winner lets fans follow along on his week long media journey after winning the biggest race of the year and continues to keep fans updated on his life.
One of the up-and-coming stars of NASCAR, letting people live the journey with him has definitely gained him more fans.

Michael Waltrip is funny and down to earth. Plus, he talks to fans like they are his best friends.
His genuine niceness makes him one to follow.
@JimmieJohnson

Johnson recently joined twitter, and is still figuring it out, but he is funny. He has already made it his mission to involve fans in embarrassing Brian Vickers and his conversations with other people are interesting and entertaining.
We haven't had a race weekend since he joined, so I'm not sure how that will go, but he's one to follow from now on.

Darrell Waltrip may not be a favorite of some, but his tweets on NASCAR are educational and open your eyes to some things.
The man knows a lot about NASCAR and isn't afraid to share his opinions, which makes for an awesome personality to follow.
