A Tale That Wasn't Right: The Toon Legacy
Once upon a time not so long ago, there's a land called Geordieland, a place where the people live with passion and pride, was looking for a proper knight to help lead them to conquer the world with bare hands. They just had a new King who banished all of the previous regimes and gave promise of new hope for Geordieland citizens.
The new King found out that the previous Landlord has just appointed a knight who has won many battles before.Ā He is then willing to give that knight the chance to make another glorious win for the upcoming wars ahead. The King promised him to pay for his soldiers, but that promise never became a reality.
The new knight called Sam Allardyce has to win his own battle inside and get the soldiers he needed by selling the old ones. He marched on to his battles with no sufficient back-up from the new King.
The new appointed knight had just bowled over the whole nation's six-man interview panel with a mightily impressive presentation on his plans to succeed another knight, Sven-Gƶran Eriksson as the country's general.
The new knight wants to concentrate on the job he's already accepted, and believe with his old battle track records, he can do the same with his new task.
But the tale wasn't right every time, and with the legacy he's got from his previous five knights in charge, Big Sam meet the battle that was hard to win this time.
After successful in winning his first war, following with several hard fought wins in and outside his castle, the new knight failed to keep his soldiers in good shape and the curse of the legacy starts to haunt him down. Unable to sleep well at night, his mind and soul were terrorized by the Geordieland citizens, and his strength slowly faded.
The legacy is still continuing to hunt for other victims, and whoever will come next, he must be the one that could break the old curse, to fix the devastated morale of the team and the people of Geordieland. The new hope looks like it will never come, and the fog of the Tyne is still as cloudy as before for many years to come.Ā Unless the new King is already got the ace card in his pocket.
