Preview/Prediction

The WWE PPV hits TV tonight with Unforgiven, and it could be one of the best cards of the year. Here's a quick preview.

Chris Jericho vs Shawn Michaels-

The feud of the year looks like it could come to an end tonight. And although it isn't the official main event, it is the match that all the fans are waiting for. Michaels comes into this match with a slight injury and that could shape the way the match flows. And Michaels has risen to the top with show stealing bouts with worse injuries before. I think that theres still gas in the tank with this one, add that to the injury crisis and WWE need a good strong heel to challenge CM Punk. I expect Jericho to win this one giving Michaels the chance to take some time off to recuperate. An ending somewhat like the fight between Paul Newman and George Burns in Cool Hand Luke would seem likely.

This would leave Michaels set up to interfere in a title match between Jericho and Punk when he returns to action.

Heavyweight Title Scramble-

I just can't see Kane or Mysterio coming out of this one with the strap. Batista and JBL seem more likely but I expect them to feud after tonight. CM Punk to retain the title and progress towards a mouth watering programme with Jericho.

WWE Title Scramble-

This is a rival to Jericho/Michaels for match of the night. It looks likely that Triple H will lose out. It doesn't make a lot of sense for him to win at the expense of elevating one of the others. He'll still come out looking strong so I don't expect him to be pinned. Brian Kendrick in this match makes it worthwhile alone. He's receiving a big push at the moment but a title reign is too early at this stage. I can't see MVP coming out as a winner so it's a toss up between Hardy and Benjamin. I expect Benjamin to get the nod over Hardy as Jeff is still proving he is over his past problems. Don't be surprised to see him win though.

ECW Title Scramble-

With The Miz, Finlay and Chavo Guerrero in this one it's not going to be pretty. Hardy is in the middle of a push again, and is more popular than ever. But it seems too early to take the title from Henry.

Tag Team Title-

Rhodes and Dibiase would look to be definite winners here. These two guys are the future of WWE and Cryme Tyme just aren't at their level yet.

Divas Title-

Maryse to win over McCool.

What do you guys think could happen tonight?
