Updated WWE Pay-Per View Schedule For 2011

    The updated WWE PPV schedule for 2011 is now available for public consumption. Hopefully, your city is hosting one of these upcoming events.

    World Wrestling Entertainment will be producing 13 pay-per view events in 2011. Pay-per view events are a large part of the WWE financial food chain.

Royal Rumble: Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011

    WWE will kick off the 2011 PPV schedule in Boston, where 30 superstars will compete in the Royal Rumble. The event will take place at the TD Garden.

    Edge won this year's Royal Rumble match and went on to headline WrestleMania.

Elimination Chamber: Sunday, Feb. 20, 2011

    The 2011 Elimination Chamber event will take place at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, Calif.

    At this years' event, Batista and Chris Jericho respectively walked away with the WWE and World Heavyweight Championships.

WrestleMania XXVII: Sunday, April 3, 2011

    WrestleMania XXVII will be held at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. At this years' event, The Undertaker extended his streak to 18-0 by defeating Shawn Michaels in a "Career vs. Streak" match.

    With Taker's victory, the illustrious career of "The Heartbreak Kid" came to an end. The match was considered one of the greatest in the history of WrestleMania.

Extreme Rules: Sunday, May 1, 2011

    WWE will go "extreme" when Extreme Rules will be held in Tampa at the St. Pete Times Forum.

    At this years, event, John Cena defeated Batista in the main event by retaining the WWE Championship in a "Last Man Standing" match.

Over The Limit: Sunday, May 22, 2011

    "Over The Limit" will be held at the Key Arena in Seattle.

    At this years' event, John Cena and Batista competed in the main event where Cena emerged victorious in an "I Quit" match.

Fatal 4-Way: Sunday, June 19, 2011

    WWE Fatal 4-Way will be held in the nation's capital, Washington, D.C. at the Verizon Center.

    At this years' event, the WWE and World Heavyweight Championship changed hands as Sheamus and Rey Mysterio won their respective titles.

Money In The Bank: Sunday, July 17, 2011

    WWE Money In The Bank will be held in Chicago at the Allstate Arena.

    At this years' event, The Miz won the Raw MITB ladder match, capturing the briefcase containing a contract for a WWE Championship match.

    Kane won the Smackdown MITB ladder match, and cashed in the World Heavyweight Championship contract later that evening to defeat an injured Rey Mysterio and win the title.

SummerSlam: Sunday, Aug. 14, 2011

    WWE's signature event of the summer, SummerSlam, will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. This will be the third consecutive year that Staples Center hosts the event.

    In this years' main event, Team WWE defeated The Nexus in a 7-on-7 tag team match.

Night Of Champions: Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011

    The "Night of Champions" PPV event will be held at the HSBC Arena in Buffalo, N.Y.

    In this years' main event, Randy Orton won the WWE Championship in a six-pack challenge, defeating Sheamus, John Cena, Chris Jericho, Edge and Wade Barrett.

Hell In A Cell: Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011

    WWE "Hell In A Cell" will be held at the New Orleans (La.) Arena.

    In this year's main event, Wade Barrett defeated John Cena, forcing Cena to become a member of The Nexus.

Bragging Rights: Sunday, Oct. 23, 2011

    Bragging Rights will be held at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas

    Smackdown will attempt to win the Bragging Rights Trophy for a third consecutive year.

Survivor Series: Sunday, Nov. 20, 2011

    Survivor Series will be held at "The World's Most Famous Arena," Madison Square Garden in New York City.

    This year's event will be held at the American Airlines Arena in Miami on Sunday, Nov. 21.

Tables, Ladders and Chairs: Sunday, Dec. 18, 2011

    Tables, Ladders and Chairs will be held in Philadelphia at the Wells Fargo Center.

    This year's event will be held on Sunday, Dec. 18, at the Toyota Center in Houston.
