Notable Changes:

• Ray Rice had a solid game, but moved down a few notches. His score should be that of a low-end fantasy starter. Meanwhile, Michael Turner's dud (3.9 points) moves him off the list. 
• I didn't rank Jason Snelling despite his strong performance. Odds are he was not in many fantasy lineups.
• Mike Goodson replaced DeAngelo Williams on the list. 
• Donald Brown will get the start again, but Javarris Green will get the work at the stripe, minimizing Brown's value.
