Paul MuellerNov 10, 2010

Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons jumped up to No. 3 in the ESPN Week 10 Power Rankings after defeating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, now No. 13, at the Georgia Dome on Sunday.

Ryan improves to 17-1 all time at home, including 13 straight home wins.

The Falcons sit alone atop the NFC South at 6-2, but breathing down their necks are the New Orleans Saints at 6-3 and the Buccaneers, still alive at 5-3.

The Ravens moved into the top spot in the rankings, making Thursday's tilt between the Ravens and Falcons in Atlanta that much more intriguing. Some are already calling this a Super Bowl preview, as each team has the inside track at their division title.

The Ravens are currently 6-2, tied with the Pittsburgh Steelers for first in the NFC North.

The Ravens own the tiebreaker over the Steelers after defeating them 17-14 in Week 4. The Steelers, who beat the Falcons 15-9 in overtime in Week 1, are currently ranked No. 2.

The Falcons host the Ravens at the Georgia Dome Thursday night on NFL Network at 8:20 p.m. EDT.
