Thank you, Kirk Herbstreit

I love the start to the college football season. The heart beats a little faster. You have 400 burning questions about who might be good and who might not be. You make sure that Saturdays from here until the start of December are blocked off for you and the TV. You get permission from the wife to spend some money on ESPN Gameplan (over $100, if your asking), and your conversations are nothing but pigskin.

Our old friend Kirk Herbstreit throws out his “Eighth Annual Herbie Awards”. Penn State’s AJ Wallace has been named as one of the punt returners to watch this season, and of course, THAT student section has been named as the BEST IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL.

Herbstreit says: "If you haven't been to Happy Valley in the fall, you're missing out on one of the great happenings in all of sports; Quite simply the loudest, most supportive student section in college football."
