What If Rashad Beats Chuck?
Now before all the Chuck Liddell fans say, there's no way a guy that fought to a draw with Tito can beat Chuck. After all MMA results can be predicted on that basis. Cough cough. And before all Rashad Evans fans say there's no way a 38 year old man can beat an undefeated man that is 10 years younger. Because that's been proven so many times in the UFC. Cough, Randy Couture 13 years older than Silvia, cough. I find myself changing winners in my UFC fantasy league on almost a daily basis. Lets go through the what ifs of this fight.

Most likely this will be the case considering the takedown defense of both of these guys are second to none. Rashad is at a pretty large disadvantage here. Yes he has 2 knock outs (not tko's, ko's), but they are over Sean Salmon, who I honestly couldn't tell you who the hell he is other than saying, "Oh that's the guy Rashad knocked out", and Jason Lambert. Now Jason Lambert does have a very respectable record and is a monster GnP guy, but he only has 1 notable victory against Babalu. I don't even have to explain Chucks record and standing ability here which is why he gets the nod.
What If The Fight Goes To The Ground?
If this fight goes to the ground I think both men will be so shocked that they'll talk it out and help each other stand back up. Haha. Just kidding. But seriously I will be shocked. I am going to have to say that if it ends up on the ground it was probably Rashad who took it there. Rashad is a former national champion in wrestling and did force Tito to grab the fence, and eventually take him down anyway. I know chuck has great takedown defense but how many times have you seen Chuck go for a takedown. Hell Rashad might decide to just lay on top of chuck for the round and tire the old man out. If the fight goes to the ground, the next round won't but if by some miracle somebody gets a takedown in every round, I'm chalking this one up for Rashad.
What If Theres A Decision?
Everybody knows that Rashad always seem to eek out decisions like hes paying the judges, but lets be honest, if this fight goes all 3 rounds, Rashads face is probably going to look like he was driving in a car with Rampage. (I apologize for that one it was the first thing that came to my mind.) The only way I can give this one to Rashad is if Chuck comes out tired and dehydrated from cutting weight, like we've seen so many fighters do before. And I doubt Chuck is going to squander what may be his last chance to get back to his throne as the best light-heavy in the UFC. This one is for Chuck.
Now we get to the fun part. What happens as a result of this fight. We start with what would happen if Rashad wins. Dana White would really have no choice but to set up a fight between Rashad and Lyoto Machida. Both guys are still undefeated after beating a legend in there previous fights. This is by no means the main event of any pay-per-view but it has to happen. The winner faces a well rested Forrest Griffin in what I say is also not very appealing fight but one that I will watch nonetheless. I refuse to pick a winner between Machida or Rashad but I will say that Forrest is capable of beating either one. (Bring on the comments).
Now what happens if Chuck wins. If this happens (as I currently have picked on my UFC fantasy) Chuck gets to pass Machida and gets the shot with Forrest without having to wait in the awful rush hour traffic. Why? Chuck is getting to the point in his career where he is going to have his fights-per-year limit at 1, maybe 2 a year if one is in January and the other is on Christmas day. Plus, Forrest VS Chuck is a very attractive fight to Dana Whites wallet. I can see the ppv nickname now "UFC ?? Underdog". I mean seriously, who wouldn't call up there ppv provider on the day it was announced and say "Id like to pay the 60 dollars in advance please". Like I said before, I refuse to pick a winner, but I believe that Forrest is capable of beating anyone.
In the event of a draw. I destroy my television with a baseball bat and start going to Hooters to watch UFC ppv's.
Bring on the comments ladies and gentleman, good or bad. I will try to reply to as many as I can.
