The time is now!

Nnamdi Asomugha is a fantastic Cornerback and the league will recognize that this weekend.  The "Awesome One" is coming into the 49er's home and will be primed to make a huge impact.

Asomugha is a real shut down corner, that's why people don't like to throw his way but this season has been a little different.  Nnamdi is all over the place, not just on one side anymore.

Do we all remember the Nigerian Nightmare?(Christian Okoye)...  Well The NFL will see the true Nigerian Nightmare this Sunday when Asomugha makes Alex Smith, or whoever is QB for the 9er's this weekend, look like chopped liver.

The Raiders are looking for there 2nd win in a row since the end of 2008 and the D will be a huge factor for that.

Now I believe that JC will be the man to make the offense move and Zack Miller will be huge also.  Hopefully we get to see the dynamic 1-2 punch that McFadden and Bush can bring if McFadden is healthy, otherwise we will have to lean on Bush to bang them up for us.

But back to the D...

At 6'2 215 pounds, Asomugha is a master at being able to stay all over the receiver his is covering.  He moves very well and makes smart decisions in the game.

One of the coolest things with this guy is something many people don't know about.  I found this on Wikipedia...Asomugha has a form of color-blindness called Deuteranomaly.  He states it doesn't affect his game but sometimes throws him off with similar colors...  Wow what a champion this guy is.

In closing:  When the Autumn Wind arrives in San Fran, the Raiders will be on the highest flight possible so far this year.  They are coming off a HUGE win against division rivals, the Chargers, and will be looking for a 2nd win in a row with another rival... The Battle of the Bay!  McFadden(I Hope) and Bush will lead the ground, JC, Miller, and Murphy will lead the Air and Seymour, McClain, and Asomugha will bring the Thunder and the Oakland Raiders will rain all over the 49er's and bring home a win!
