Cena and Nexus

Hello Bleacherholics, I'm back again!

I said I was neither going to watch anymore nor write more articles about WWE, but picture yourself in this situation: After a month without news, a friend of yours calls you and literally makes your ear sick with yells while trying to tell you that John Cena just joined The Nexus.

I did what you would have done: I watched the PPV right away.

Here we have it! The WWE Universe was begging for it, we need it like a drug, and now we have it! QUALITY!

WWE has delivered us hands down the BEST PPV of the year.

Now, I know what many will think: Wrestlemania, and I couldn't agree more.

However, it needs to be considered that Hell In A Cell was barely hyped, and that it just happened 13 days after Night Of Champions. Wrestlemania had many of advertisements around the Internet, on TV, and also used a song that was destined to gain hundreds of million of views in YouTube.

Hell In A Cell didn't have that kind of hype, and the matches were awesome. There was also one of the most shocking moments in the history of the company.

So let's get on with the review:

Daniel Bryan(c) vs The Miz vs John Morrison (Submissions Count Anywhere for the United States Championship):

Danyelson retains. I'm sorry, I cannot offer you a more detailed review since I didn't watch most of the match. I only watched the part of the beginning.

Randy Orton(c) vs Sheamus (WWE Championship):

Solid, awesome, physical match. Nice use of the steel stairs, great performance by both of the contenders. Orton retains after delivering an RKO over the steel step that was on the ring.

Edge vs Jack Swagger:

Edge comes out interrupting a promo of the great Alberto Del Rio, who was doing a great job dissing the Americans about how they think they're superior to everyone. I just like this guy more and more every time; in my opinion, he's got everything to be a top star.

Well, as I was saying, Edge comes out and interrupts Alberto, because he is doing a campaign to eliminate the stupid things on the WWE (I'm looking forward to see him spear Hornswoggle). After that, Alberto proceeds to beat him and Swagger comes out to join him. The RAW GM announces a match between Edge and Swagger. Nicely worked match, Edge wins after a Spear.

John Cena vs Wade Barrett (Cena Joins Nexus or Nexus Disbands):

The best match of the night, in my opinion. Probably the second best match of the year, after HBK vs Taker at Wrestlemania. It was nice seeing Cena do more than a suplex, a running bulldog, and the Five Moves Of Doom. It looks like he's ready to move on and add fresh oxygen to his career. Everything was perfect; the crowd was completely into the match.

Right now, I have no doubt that Wade Barrett is awesome and one of the best wrestlers of the company. Plenty of moves, near falls and great moments. Then, two rookies of the NXT Season Two, Michael McGillicutty and Husky Harris, interfered in the match. McGillicutty distracted the ref, and Harris hit Cena's head to make the dream of many come true. One, two, three. Cena joins Nexus!!!!!! It was said that many fans walked out of the arena after the match was over, full of sadness and disappointed. Kids!

Michelle McCool(c) vs Natalia (Unified Women Championship):

McCool retains after the match being ended by DQ when Layla tossed her high heels on the ring.

Kane(c) vs The Undertaker (World Heavyweight Championship):

Kane retains after Paul Bearer betrayed the Undertaker and gave Kane the urn, which Kane used to hit Taker's head and get the pinfall.

In my opinion, the PPV is worth watching, especially Cena vs Barrett. The WWE has proven that they can do things right for once and has given us a chance to believe.

Beware, however, they're very capable of dropping the ball!!

No need to say, many of us are looking forward to watch RAW tonight. I personally can't miss the moment where Cena puts the Nexus armband on.

Thanks for reading, and don't forget to comment and give feedback. You are the ones who make this site great, and your opinions is what make a writer better in order for him to give something worth for you to read!

Remember: You're either Nexus or you're against us.

Yours truly,

Rick Daniels
