WWE Hell In A Cell Preview: Can Natalya Become the Savior of the Divas Division?
It is a secret to no one: The women's division is not in great shape for a while now.
The WWE made a mistake with the creation of a second women's title, the Divas Championship. But lately, at Night Of Champions, they fixed the mess by uniting the titles and creating the Unified Divas Championship.
On the last episode of Raw, some hope emerged when Natalya Neidhart became the No. 1 contender to the Unified Divas Championship.
With Natalya finally in action and not only a valet for the Hart Dynasty, a breath of fresh air is hitting the women's division.
At Hell In A Cell, a new era could begin, particularly if the third-generation Diva wins the new unified title.
So, with no more introduction, let's see how things could be shaken up for the women's division at the next pay-per-view.
Natalya has charisma and she received huge pops
She is one of the rare Divas to have charisma and great in-ring presence.
In addition to her charisma, the crowds reacted very well on Raw and Smackdown this week. In fact, not a Diva received such pops in months if not in years.
It was actually surprising to hear a crowd cheering so loud for a Diva and she answered perfectly.
As I said, she has an amazing in-ring presence and her poses looked so natural.
The Hart Dynasty Should Become Natalya's Valet
It would add a new dimension to have men being valets for a woman. They already have a good chemistry together and it would be refreshing to see men behind a Diva.
In her feud against Lay-Cool, it would not hurt to have an equalizer to prevent outside interference.
In addition, the way DH Smith and Tyson Kidd get her in the ring fits perfectly with a Unified Divas Champion.
Also, by having The Hart Dynasty at ringside, it would maybe draw more people.
Natalya is an actual wrestler
She is currently the most talented Diva on the WWE roster.
She is more than just a Diva; she's an actual wrestler. She won't botch moves, she looks like a real brawler, and she can perform submission moves.
Her Sharpshooter is very well done and looks painful. Maryse sold the move very well and made it look even better.
As a Hart Dungeon student and with wrestling running in her blood, WWE is doing the right move by using her.
Hopefully, she will be used properly because she is championship material.
A Natalya vs. Lay-Cool feud would not be bad
Natalya against Lay-Cool would be the best feud in the Divas division for the moment.
It would be the best way for Natalya to show the fans her mic skills or if she can cut good promos before her next big feud, potentially the greatest of her career.
With this rivalry, two things can be prepared as you will see in the next slides.
It would be the best moves if Vince McMahon wants to give some life to women's wrestling in WWE.
Lay-Cool must split
The Lay-Cool-14-years-old-retarded-teenagers gimmick must end and Natalya is the best to get the job done.
With the help of her men, she can hold her own against Layla and Michelle McCool.
Lay-Cool are playing an awful gimmick, probably the worst of the year, so it must stop.
And, with Natalya as the Champion, the title would no longer look like a joke and it would gain instant prestige.
A dream Divas match could finally take place
If Natalya wins the Title at the Hell In A Cell, a dream Divas match could take place.
Can you imagine how great a championship match between her and Beth Phoenix would be?
Beth vs. Natalya could easily be a main event at a pay-per-view. It's not likely to happen, but it would certainly be a classic Wrestlemania moment.
With a good buildup, a memorable feud could be created, which would be a first in years for the Divas' division.
Do you think Natalya can revive the women's division?
