Changes Needed At Glasgow Rangers
Some will say Rangers defeat at the hands of FBK Kaunas last night in the 2nd qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League was the Glasgow sides worst result in 52 years of European football.
I remember a fair few disappointing nights in Europe and therefore won't go that far, but abysmal it certainly was.
That, though, was last night and what's important now is what Walter Smith is doing behind closed doors at Murray Park today.

Things simply have to change.
Rangers fans were last night calling for the heads of Sir David Murray and Walter Smith and accused them of taking the club to new lows.
What about the highs of last season, I say? UEFA Cup final anyone?
The fans want money spent and think it'll solve the clubs problems, but it simply won't.
Simply put, Rangers can't compete with English clubs for quality players due to financial constraints. The transfer fee's are too high, wage demands excessive.
If Rangers fans out there don't believe me, then ask the Celtic fans. Have you seen the green half of Glasgow splashing the cash?
Where has the money gone? Paying off Rangers debts from the last time we threw millions at every problem.
Where Rangers have to start is by developing a new system.
"You played 4-5-1 against a side from Lithuania and you deserved to lose," I was told today and we did!
I'm fed up watching Motherwell, Aberdeen, Celtic, and others outplaying us at home. We have ten times the resources of the likes of Motherwell, yet we can't pass a ball.
It's time to change that. Time to attack and entertain the suffering Rangers fans. If Walter can't do that, then, and only then, is his future in doubt. He must be given the chance to reverse the light blues fortunes.
In a way, we have been let off!
Continued European progression would most likely have left us playing boring football again this entire season. I don't know what's worse.
A clear out is needed and here are my views:
Out
David Weir (Too old)
Christian Dailly (Not good enough)
Andy Webster (Wasting away)
Lee McCulloch (No place in an entertaining side)
Brahim Hemdani (Too defensive)
Daniel Cousin (Already on his way)
Jean-Claude Darcheville (Can't score enough goals, replaced by Kenny Miller)
Any Rangers fans out there agree with me?
If only we still had the class of Alan Hutton!
