2010 Little League World Series: Thursday's Final Scores and Recap

Only two games are scheduled for Thursday after a crazy Monday and Tuesday schedule came about due to intense rainouts.

Thursday will decide the top two United States teams that will battle to represent the country in the championship game.

Schedule for Thursday, Aug. 26

Game 24: 4:00 p.m. at Lamade Stadium, ESPN, Southwest (Texas-East) vs. Northwest (Washington)

Game 26: 7:00 p.m. at Lamade Stadium, ESPN2, Southeast (Georgia) vs. West (Hawaii)

There will be no International games because the two teams to play in the International Championship have already been decided (Japan will play Asia-Pacific on Saturday).

I will try to post updates to this article as key changes in score occur.

Well ladies and gentlemen, I apologize for delay, but you'll be happy to know even a car accident won't keep me from updating you on today's Little League World Series scores!

Right around the time I was providing the Anaheim's finest with my official statement, Texas was adding another run to pad their lead and take it up to two runs. That would be your final score, as Texas advances to the title game.

In the second game, Hawaii defeated Georgia 7-4 to advance to the title game on Saturday against Texas.
