The drama-filled life of Manny Rameriez has been moved to L.A. and some might say good riddance while others may say the red sox need him.

All in all the deal is done and Manny is no longer in red.

As we think into the future do we know where Manny will end up next?

No, but we do have assumptions.

I think he might end up in New York he told Torre he would shave his dreads if needed, which could mean “hello pinstripes.”

It may be some Fenway faithful’s nightmare, but Manny may end up with the Yanks next year.

The Yankees are one of the few contending teams that need a DH and Manny has the skills for that.

The dodgers are just using Manny for the rest of the year, but his replacement, Jason Bay has hit a triple and a home run and scored the only two runs in his debut game.

He is shaping up to actually be able to handle the intensity that Fenway offers.

So, Manny or no Manny, the red sox still have a chance at the pennant and maybe much more.

As I leave you, just remember to watch for more excitement form Bay, because the rest of the season may shape out very well and a very good player.
